RuHI, short for Rungta HR Interaction, is an annual event held by the esteemed Rungta Group of Institutions in Bhilai. The primary objective of RuHI is to facilitate a robust exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences, thereby enriching understanding and promoting excellence in the field of human resources. What is
HR Conclave

Annually, the Rungta Group of Institutions in Bhilai hosts the HR Conclave, a dynamic forum facilitating dialogue between corporate professionals and the esteemed faculty and students of its academic cohorts. The primary objective is to foster synergy and collaboration between industry practitioners and academia, thereby bridging the gap that often exists between these two vital spheres of influence.  

The Event is an interaction between the Academia and the Industry on the aforesaid topic where elucidation enunciated on various gamut of bridging the gap prevalent today which poses a huge challenge to the country as whole.

 The objective of the event would be, to make the faculty and the students of the group understand the expectations of the industry so as to realign the Teaching Learning Pedagogy and enable the students place-worthy when they graduate as Engineers.

Panel Discussions, Student & HR Interactions, Faculty & HR Interactions, Exploration on Industry Institute Tie-ups and the like are organized in the conclave to achieve the aforesaid objective. The detailed day wise schedule and plan for the programme would be shared to you in a short span of time.
